These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and reShop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the reShop website and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1.1. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Platform.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 1.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the Platform.

2.1. reShop allows registered users ("Sellers") to list shoes and clothing for sale.
2.2. reShop is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or delivery of any items.
2.3. All transactions and interactions are conducted directly between users. reShop is not liable for any monetary loss, disputes, fraudulent activity, or scams.
2.4. reShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, including sellers, found to be involved in fraud or violating these Terms.

3.1. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
3.2. You agree not to impersonate another person, use bots or automation, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Platform.
3.3. Any abuse, harassment, or malicious activity may result in account suspension or permanent ban at reShop's sole discretion.

4.1. The Platform provides a chat feature for communication between users regarding listed items.
4.2. All chat messages are considered private and are accessible only by the involved buyer, the involved seller, and reShop administrators when necessary for moderation, security, or legal purposes.
4.3. Misuse of the chat system, including spam, harassment, solicitation, or other prohibited conduct, may result in account suspension or termination.

5.1. reShop may charge sellers a monthly fee for the ability to list and sell items on the Platform.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify such charges. Sellers will be notified of any changes to the monthly fee at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
5.3. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.

6.1. reShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
Any content obtained from the Platform; or
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6.2. You use the Platform and participate in transactions at your own risk.

7.1. reShop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion.
7.2. In the event of material changes, we will notify users via the Platform or via email.
7.3. Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.1. reShop may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Platform.
8.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
